Crown chakra upgrade will be the first in a series of posts. Covering each of the main chakras (or energy centres) with regards to what to expect with an upgrade. If you haven’t yet been educated in what a chakra is, I’d recommend looking through posts on other sites as this will be more from my own healing point of view for an example.
Each time you have the capacity to be at a higher frequency in one of your main energy centres, you are ready for an upgrade. If you are willing to be a subject of intense healing, then it is time.
My own rapid ascension into higher frequencies has been a wild ride. When it first became clear to me that I had more inner work to do, I opened myself up. With each day I worked on myself, using all the clearing tools I had learned through various PSYCH-K trainings and work with other people, I used myself as a guinea pig. Rapidly helping myself level up so fast for a total of 23 levels. After this I was able to go at a slower place and now my average chakra frequency is 30.
So what does the numbers mean? If I start with 3, then my human mind is more self aware of what I think. As I went to 4 I started to be more self actualising as I carry out more of the actions. As a 5 I was given a lot of things to heal. During this level I was in a crazy ungrounded state most of the time. Taking salt baths and being on the grass was about the only thing to help. As an empath I wasn’t yet too aware of how I had also taken on many of my family’s emotions, which meant I needed to also heal that. Many empaths are at this time feeling so overwhelmed. Mostly as they are filtering not only their own emotions but those of others around them.
As I was going into the next level of 6 I slowly became more aware. It wasn’t until I reached level 12 that the constant need to ground fully subsided. So how I am now, is such a contrast.
To give you more examples, level 12 is a level more psychics or skilled intuitives are at. It was more at this level that my own intuitive skills levelled up. Prior to this I had begun getting automatic writing messages and I could tune in for many answers using muscle testing. Once I upgraded my crown to level 12 I was told no more muscle testing, it was time to just get my answers direct. For me my audio started. Which is a clairaudience state. Each of the clairs can be researched on many sites.
Through my rapid ascension I have also learned a lot of good tools as well as what not to do. I have always taught via experience. When I coached people through making gluten-free whole food changes, I did so as I had first done all the changes myself. Finding the best easiest way to make food changes still taste nice and easier to cope with. So again, my higher self knew what I needed to do. To firstly experience what did and didn’t work. What are the highlights, how to make it easier on the body, how to make it more liveable when others around don’t ‘get-it’.
When a upgrade of the crown chakra happens, this is a level up of the connection to your inter-dimensional or spiritual self. It can open up more of your psychic gifts as a way to bring through more ideas, messages and ways to bring yourself what you need. We each are so unique, everyones journey is so different. That’s what makes this world so interesting. So for you it may look different, but your chakra upgrade needs to first begin with one word. Willingness.
Willingness to be able to cope with the next level. Which involves clearing out what isn’t needed to make room. So often that will involve clearing past hurts, emotions, past lives or cords of karma.
