House / Property Clearings are a great tool. Use them to assist your household and the relationships within. Spaces are cleared at your address including all rooms, garages, sheds, outdoor entertaining spaces and the land. As these can carry energies from the past.
What kind of things are cleared?
- Emotions. These can be from past owners. For example past relationships, fights, sickness, shocking news, trauma, being in a state of imbalance etc.
- Ghosts. For example, past over souls. Souls stuck. Souls that have not completely passed over (been trapped). Mel can assist them over.

- Anti energy. For example, do you not make decisions? Or feel unloved? This is a complex energetic clearing.
- Unwanted energy. A complex energetic clearing. Often you or a family member will feel too much. If this is the case, book a property/house clearing.

When your home is still in a state of disharmony or impacts you negatively it won’t be as supportive to you on your healing journey as it could be.

How does it work?
The clearing is done remotely. (I’m not there is person) I tune in as a psychic into each space. You provide a floor plan and address.
Afterwards you will receive a written report of what was cleared in each space. You will also receive any recommendations to enhance the now positive energy of the spaces. If you choose, the report can also include a suggested crystal grid (optional).
FAQ: Why can’t you do the house/property clearing in person?
A clearing of this scale requires a lot of energy. It is a process I have developed over time. For my own personal recovery it is beneficial to me and my physical body if I’m around my own tools. Rest assured the house/property clearing is done. You will receive a written report and will feel the change.
If you are local, the house / property clearing will still be done remotely. However if you would then like me to visit to assist with the crystal grid or another of the recommendations in the report, you can book a session.
When booking please provide
- A 2-3 hour window where no people will be in the house. This is mandatory. (Pets are fine to stay).
- Address and a basic house floor plan (hand drawn is fine) showing the rooms in the house. Include also garages, sheds etc.
- If you would like a crystal grid plan
A suggested crystal grid plan can be included (no extra charge) if you choose. You can provide a photo of what crystals you already have. These will be used in the plan if suitable. Or suggestions will be made. A crystal grid may greatly support the space.

Cost: House / Property clearings are $250 for most standard size homes/land.
Can other property be cleared? Yes, things like cars, objects, caravans and other spaces (including farms or land) can be cleared, prices for these given on enquiry.
