Looking for a healing day retreat in Emu Plains? Combining Awakening Retreat services into a day experience or two half-day experiences is available. This is a retreat option for one. All tailored to you.
Why a retreat for one? Many of our clients are empaths. Most empaths find being in a group healing setting too much. Or unknowingly end up just clearing emotions absorbed from the person next to them. Being all by yourself means the inner work and the clearing is all yours. You will be guided and be able to get specific answers to anything that comes up during the day.
Why book a retreat? Heal as well as recharge. Take time out for you. Shift old belief patterns, clear away old traumas and trapped emotions in a calm environment. This retreat will be a dedicated time for your inner work. You can also use the opportunity for mentoring and self healing on your spiritual awakening.
Make the most of it: Combine your retreat day with local or Blue Mountains accommodation to make the most of your dedicated healing time. (Accommodation at own expense)
What is involved at the retreat? Each retreat is tailored for you. Mel will let you know what you need. It may include any of the following.
- Biofield Tuning Session
- PSYCH-K Healing Session
- Psychic Messages
- Easy bush walk or scenic bush visit (pending weather). This can be a good opportunity for self reflection, journalling, grounding or just being still.
- Salt or Magnesium Bath. An option if you need deep grounding.
Cost? Approximate cost is $500. Talk with Mel. 50% payable on booking. Balance 3 days prior.
What about food? Filtered water and tea is provided. Lunch at own expense. (You can bring own food or can be arranged for you).
