What can you expect? New light codes are received through your energy centres during a healing. Mel is able to receive what you need, while being in a frequency of love. Each person’s experience is tailored just for them. Some people feel some tingling or get some visions or even nothing. Every persons experience is unique.
An upgrade is a time to set an intention and you may increase access to your own spiritual gifts. Some people may be needing multiple activations / upgrades depending on how fast they are ascending (doing their soul’s path).
Why do an upgrade? Upgrades and activations will become part of your healing journey. They can open up the energy centres to receive in more light.
What happens at an upgrade? As you upgrade (let in more light) more shadows will come up. This is a good thing. It means you are ready to do more healing and thus be closer to feeling like your true self.
Warnings: Be ready. Don’t expect an upgrade to be all positive. In fact it can feel like a rollercoaster. But only for a little while.
