Karma

Karma isn’t a bad thing. It is there as a mirror to assist you. Helping you to figure out which parts of your own life you need to work through. Helping you work out what people you want in your life. What you will or won’t accept.

For many people, Karma doesn’t feel good. You won’t like to admit that maybe you have done the same to another person. Feeling what it is like on the other side, is one of the only ways you will really know how your action feels.

Personally the way Karma has showed up in my life has been for my benefit. Let me explain. For example, if someone isn’t nice to me, I need to work out who I haven’t treated well. The lesson isn’t always easy.

If you have experienced a major trauma like rape, abuse or violence it can seemed unimaginable that you have done something similar to someone else. Karma however carries over from past lives.

Karma can also be positive. Meaning what you put out into the world that’s positive, comes back.

The purpose of this post is to simply open the mind. Allow your own intuitive knowing to guide where you need to go next. Our guidance can take us up against a strong lesson, which is confusing. However it is all for your highest good. Better to work out the Karma so you don’t need to carry it around.
