Why do people get triggered?
When you are ‘triggered’ certain people, words, emotions, scenarios or environmental stimulates can be the cause. All ‘triggers’ are to teach.
When an empath gets ‘triggered’ however, they may not really be needing to be. The cause can be a stimulate (certain person*) or an absorbed emotion.
*Certain person =
A) A past life contact
B) Or someone that irritates them. Irritates to an empath is a person who knows what to do to help themselves. But chooses, for whatever reason, not to.
Let’s go with the main reason people get triggered.
- A trauma response. A situation or phase or even a word can cause someone who has had a similar trauma to be ‘triggered’.
- A lack response. This is a complex one. House clearings are the most beneficial way to deal with a lack response.
- A greed response. Unlike the ‘lack’ response, greed can still work its way into your life. From a TV personality having more than you. To a football star. All greed is an angle of fear.
- A person who should know better. Many people who should know better can get very ‘triggered’ by other people.
- A person of another race. Unlike ‘racism’ there is still an innate difference of culture. What is more likely to be the reason is a difference in certain fields**. Fields play more of a role in our interactions that most humans realise.
**Fields = frame of reference***. Sometime people can hold more fields. Many empaths do. Or if they are quite empathic but not know how to send back people’s emotions.
***Frame of reference = can be spiritual knowings. Or emotions. Or mental loads. Whatever they don’t yet understand.
Different races have differences in their field base on culture.
Triggers
Triggers can be a number of things
- What someone is feeling (an empathic knowing)
- What someone says (words, key phases)

What is the benefits of getting past triggers?
Triggers can hinder growth. Stop you from being, for example, the best worker, best business owner, best parent, best partner or best friend.
Working on your own traumas, working on skilling up as an empath. All assists.
To reach a place of growth, takes courage, It doesn’t just happen. However if you are willing. Willing to work. Willing to be uncomfortable as you create new habits and phases that come out your mouth. (yes words are powerful!) you will be whatever you wish.
